Join Anita Rigmaiden for Cardio Sculpt.  This class is a total body workout for intermediate to advanced  fitness level individuals. It includes fat burning cardio moves with circuits of body sculpting weight training.  Join us in this high energy burn and tone session.  Please bring a mat to class, weights are provided.

Eric's FitLab offers a wide variety of fitness classes designed to accommodate anyone at any fitness level. And if you are looking for a class that is not currently offered, feel free to request it. We are always looking for new ways to have fun while getting in shape

It's time to Zumba at Eric's FitLab! Join instructor MImi as she leads this dance infused fitness class that offers a FUN, total body workout combining toning exercises and fat-burning dance moves that are geared towards everyone at any fitness and/or dance skill level.

Join Mindi Sigmon for a time of developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. The class puts emphasis on developing strength and flexibility, proper breathing, relaxing and de-stressing using both chair and floor work. Pose modifications are demonstrated and encouraged. Enjoy the gentle stretches, and traditional yoga poses. Bring your mat and come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment!
